Manual Description
The key fob does not need to be pointed at the vehicle to activate the system. The turn signal lights will flash and the horn will chirp to acknowledge the signal. Opening a door with the vehicle security alarm system activated will cause the alarm to sound.
Remove the emergency key by sliding the mechanical latch on the back of the key fob sideways with your thumb and then pull the key out with your other hand. Only key fobs that are programmed to the vehicle electronics can be used to start and operate the vehicle. Perform one of the following methods to lock the ignition for unauthorized operation.
The system provides both audible and visible switch with the driver and/or passenger door open. The seat will move in control which could cause a collision and serious the direction of the switch. Push the switch rearward to decrease the lumbar the seat switch forward or rearward.
