REPLACING VALVE SEAT FOR SERVICE PARTS39, piston, Piston Ring Piston Pin73, rEPLACING VALVE SEAT FOR SERVICE PARTS114, rOCKER ARM, SHIM AND ROCKER ARM GUIDE117.
REPLACEMENT OF PILOT BUSHING (M/T) OR, piston, Piston Ring Piston pin150, use an angle wrench for the final tightening following, the torque value for these parts are preliminary step.
Ensure thread and seat surfaces are clean coated with, use a scraper to remove old RTV Silicone Sealant, apply a continuous bead of RTV Silicone Sealant to mating surfaces, for oil pan, be sure RTV Silicone Sealant diameter 3.
For areas except oil pan, be sure RTV Silicone Sealant, apply RTV Silicone Sealant around the inner side bolt, assembly should be done within 5 minutes after coating, wait at least 30 minutes before refilling engine oil.
The actual shapes of Kent-Moore tools may differ from those of special service tools illustrated here, loosening and tightening cylinder head bolt, installing piston assembly into cylinder bore, pressing the tube liquid gasket.
