OPERATING POWER LIFTGATE (if so equipped): To operate the power liftgate, the vehicle must be in the P (Park) position. The power liftgate will not operate if the battery voltage is low. If the liftgate is open approximately 5.9 in (150 mm) or less from the fully closed position, power liftgate cannot be performed by any switch operations.
To operate the power liftgate, manually close the liftgate. The power liftgate operation can be activated or deactivated in the vehicle information display.
