Low Tire Pressure Warning Lamp Flashes When, ignition Switch Is Turned On 41, hazard Warning Lamps Flash When Ignition, iD REGISTRATION CANNOT BE COMPLETED 43.
ID Registration Cannot Be Completed 43, (SRS) "AIR BAG" and "SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER" 45, interview the customer to obtain detailed information about symptom, repair or replace applicable parts.
Check the low tire pressure warning lamp, the Signal Tech II Tool (J-50190) can be used to perform the following functions, activate and display TPMS transmitter IDs, display tire pressure reported by TPMS transmitter.
>> Adjust tire pressures specified value, check low tire pressure warning lamp activation, does the low tire pressure warning lamp activate for one second when ignition switch turned ON, >> GO TO WT-39, "Low Tire Pressure Warning Lamp Does Not Come On When Ignition Switch Is.
Are BCM connectors damaged loose, yES >> Repair replace damaged parts, check battery transmitter activation tool, is transmitter activation tool battery fully charged.
>> Replace battery transmitter activation tool, this procedure must be performed after replacement of a transmitter, BCM or rotation wheels, tPMS ID registration can be performed using one following procedures, transmitter Activation tool (J-45295-A) with CONSULT (preferred method).
Signal Tech II tool (J-50190) with CONSULT (preferred method), signal Tech II tool (J-50190) without CONSULT, tPMS REGISTRATION WITH TRANSMITTER ACTIVATION TOOL (J-45295-A), using CONSULT, select WORK SUPPORT” in BCM (AIR PRESSURE MONITOR).
Select Start” ID REGIST” screen, hold the transmitter activation tool (J-45295-A) (1) against, side of the left front tire, near valve stem, with the tool held at a 0 to 15 degree angle to tire, press.
Hold the transmitter activation tool button until indicator lamp, repeat steps and 5 for the remaining tires order: right, front, right rear left rear, when ID registration is complete, check the following pattern each wheel.
After the ID registration procedure for all wheels is complete, press End” on the CONSULT finish ID, test drive the vehicle to ensure that the TPMS lamp is OFF and no warning messages present, tPMS REGISTRATION WITH SIGNAL TECH II TOOL (J-50190), the Signal Tech II must be updated with software version 1.
Versions of ASIST will not show updates, adjust the tire pressure for all tires to the recommended value, activate Sensor” from the main menu, then press release, the OK” button to activate the sensor.
