Fixing adapter plate with gear assembly, drive gear main drive gear, removing and installing fork rod retaining pin, removing and installing 1st gear bushing.
Removing main drive gear ball bearing, installing counter gear front rear end, installing main drive gear ball bearing, installing counter rear bearing counter.

Remove rear oil seal using Tool, q Always replace with a new seal once it has been, install new rear oil seal using Tool until it stops, q Apply multi-purpose grease to seal lip oil seal before.
Installation is in the reverse order removal, before separating the transmission from the engine, remove the crankshaft position sensor (OBD), to prevent oil spills, drain transmission oil before removing transmission or insert plug into rear oil A, be careful not to damage spline, sleeve yoke, and rear oil seal when removing propeller shaft.
Q Do not place jack under oil pan drain plug, support manual transmission while removing it, main drive gear ball bearing snap ring 2, to avoid damage when replacing shift knob, remove shift lever with knob, assembled.
Remove control housing, check spring, check ball, select check, plugs, return springs and select check plungers, reverse check plug, check spring check ball, drive out striking lever retaining pin.
Remove striking lever striking rod, remove rear extension by lightly tapping it, remove front cover, gasket, counter gear front bearing shim, and main drive gear ball bearing snap ring.
Separate transmission case from adapter plate by lightly tapping, remove oil seal from front cover using screwdriver, install front cover oil seal using Tool, q Apply multi-purpose grease seal lip.
Apply sealant to mating surface of transmission case shown, q Use Genuine Anaerobic Liquid Gasket, equivalent, install adapter plate into transmission case by lightly tapping it, install main drive gear ball bearing snap ring.
Apply sealant to mating surface of adapter plate shown, place shift forks neutral position, install striking lever and striking rod onto adapter plate align.

Remove striking lever striking rod, remove rear extension by lightly tapping it, remove front cover, gasket, counter gear front bearing shim, and main drive gear ball bearing snap ring.
Separate transmission case from adapter plate by lightly tapping, remove oil seal from front cover using screwdriver, install front cover oil seal using Tool, q Apply multi-purpose grease seal lip.
Apply sealant to mating surface of transmission case shown, q Use Genuine Anaerobic Liquid Gasket, equivalent, install adapter plate into transmission case by lightly tapping it, install main drive gear ball bearing snap ring.
Apply sealant to mating surface of adapter plate shown, place shift forks neutral position, install striking lever and striking rod onto adapter plate align.
