Various systems on your vehicle can be controlled using the information display controls on the steering wheel. Displayed when the perimeter alarm system is armed and the vehicle is entered using the key on the driver's side door. This message will clear once the vehicle has been started and the battery state of charge has recovered.
Turning off unnecessary electrical loads will allow faster battery state-of-charge recovery. This control also adjusts the passenger side temperature when you switch off dual zone mode. This can reduce the time needed to cool the interior and reduce unwanted odors from entering your vehicle.
You can also switch off dual zone mode by pressing and holding for more than two seconds. You can also use this setting to defrost and clear the windshield of a thin covering of ice.
