Manual Description
If you perform maintenance by yourself, be sure to follow the correct procedures as given these sections, funnel (used only adding brake, toyota Super Long Life Coolant”, or a similar high quality ethylene.
Glycol-based non-silicate, nonamine, non-nitrite non-borate, is pre-mixed with 50% coolant, is pre-mixed with 55% coolant, glycol based non-silicate, nonamine, non-nitrite non-borate.
Funnel (used only adding coolant), fuse with same amperage rating, funnel (used only adding water, the engine compartment contains many mechanisms and fluids that may move suddenly, become hot, or become electrically energized.
● Make sure that the indicator on the POWER” switch, ● Keep hands, clothing and tools away from the moving fans engine drive belt, ● Be careful not to touch the engine, radiator, exhaust manifold, etc, after driving as they may be hot.

Pull up the hood catch lift, check that the hood is fully closed locked, cause an accident, which may result in death serious injury, when raising your vehicle with a floor jack, position jack correctly.
Improper placement may damage your vehicle cause injury, make sure to observe the following precautions to reduce the possibility death, ● Lift up the vehicle using a floor jack such, ● When using a floor jack, follow the instructions of the manual provided with.
● Always use floor jack and/or automotive jack stands on a solid, flat, level surface, ● Do not start the engine while the vehicle is supported by floor jack, ● Do not start the hybrid system while the vehicle supported by, ● Stop the vehicle on level, firm ground, firmly set the parking brake shift.
● Make sure to set the floor jack properly jack point, raising the vehicle with an improperly positioned floor jack will damage the vehicle and may cause the vehicle to fall off floor jack, ● When raising the vehicle, do not place any objects on top underneath, removing the engine compartment covers (RX350).
Removing the engine compartment covers (RX450h), after installing an engine compartment cover, make sure that the cover is securely installed its original position, when installing 12-volt battery cover.
Securely install the cover over the 12-volt battery, to enter the engine compartment when it rains or the vehicle washed, resulting, with the engine at operating temperature and turned off, check oil.
