Manual Description
REMOVAL OF LIQUID GASKET SEALING 2, sERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS) 16, after removing the bolts and nuts, separate mating surface, and remove the old liquid gasket sealing using Tool.
Do not damage mating surfaces, tap the seal cutter insert it, in areas where the Tool is difficult to use, lightly tap slide it, remove the old liquid gasket adhering gasket application.
Surface and the mating surface using suitable tool, q Remove the liquid gasket completely from groove, liquid gasket application surface, bolts, bolt holes, thoroughly clean the mating surfaces remove adhering.
Attach the liquid gasket tube Tool, use Genuine RTV Silicone Sealant equivalent, apply the liquid gasket without breaks specified location, if there is a groove for the liquid gasket application, apply.
Q Within five minutes of liquid gasket application, install mating component, q If the liquid gasket protrudes, wipe it off immediately, q Do not retighten after installation, q Wait minutes or more after installation before refilling.
Engine with engine oil engine coolant, if there are specific instructions in manual, observe them, the actual shapes of Kent-Moore tools may differ from those of special service tools illustrated here, kPa kg/cm2 , 356 psi).
Adapting oil pressure gauge cylinder block, removing steel oil pan rear timing chain, pressing the tube liquid gasket, removing and installing oil pressure switch.

Be careful not to burn yourself, as engine oil may be hot, put the selector lever in Park P” position, start the engine and warm it up normal operating temperature, check the engine oil pressure with engine running under no-load.
Engine oil pressure [Engine oil temperature 80°C (175°F)], if the difference is extreme, check the oil passages and oil pump leaks blockages, after the inspections, install oil pressure sensor follows, remove old liquid gasket adhering to oil pressure sensor engine.
Apply liquid gasket and tighten oil pressure sensor specification, use Genuine RTV Silicone Sealant or equivalent, after warming up engine, make sure there is no leakage of engine oil with engine running, be careful not to burn yourself, as the engine oil hot.
Prolonged and repeated contact with used engine oil may, cause skin cancer; try to avoid direct skin contact with, with soap or hand cleaner soon possible.
