REPLACING VALVE SEAT FOR SERVICE PARTS44, piston, Piston Ring Piston Pin79, use an angle wrench for the final tightening following, the torque value for these parts are preliminary step.
Ensure thread and seat surfaces are clean coated with, use a scraper to remove all traces old liquid gasket, apply a continuous bead of liquid gasket to mating surfaces, be sure liquid gasket diameter specified.
Apply liquid gasket around the inner side bolt holes, assembly should be done within 5 minutes after coating, wait at least 30 minutes before refilling engine oil, the actual shapes of Kent-Moore tools may differ from those of special service tools illustrated here.
Has been replaced with KV10117001, is no longer in production, but it, loosening and tightening cylinder head bolt, installing piston assembly into cylinder bore.
Removing steel oil pan and rear timing chain case, pressing the tube liquid gasket, tightening bolts for bearing cap, cylinder head, etc, reaming valve guide 1 or hole oversize valve.
